French Art Nouveau 18K Gold Rose Motif Lorgnette Pendant

An exquisite Art Nouveau era French lorgnette and pendant with a romantic rose motif and artfully scrolled design rendered in 18K gold.  The rich patina of this piece shows varying shades of green and pink gold for the leaves and petals.  This sizable pendant measures 6 inches long and weighs a substantial 60 grams.  French eagle head stamps are seen on both sides of the handle, as well as the frames.

Condition: In very good antique condition with some minor surface wear consistent with age.
