A turn-of-the-century ring showcasing calibrated emeralds and old European cut diamonds in a Celtic knot design set in platinum. Celtic knots are loops with no start or finish, and often symbolized eternity or immortality. The emeralds are cut specifically to fit within the knot design. They display a lovely grassy green color and weigh a total of approximately 0.60 carats.
Four fiery and bright old European cut diamonds are bezel set within the knot, with delicate milgraining around the bezels. The diamonds weigh approximately 0.72 carats and, are F/G in color and VS in clarity overall. A creamy pearl measuring 4.7 mm is set in the center.
The outside of the shank has a hallmark that we haven’t been able to identify, and the inside of the ring is stamped with serial numbers.
