An elegant mid-Victorian Austro-Hungarian diamond pendant and chain with a timeless appeal. The pendant consists of two concentric circles surrounding a dangling pear-shaped diamond. The central stone weighs approximately 0.80 carats and is M/N in color and SI in clarity. Two rows of bright and sparkly old mine cut diamonds are set around the center stone, weighing a total of approximately 2.2 carats. They are G/H/I in color and VS/SI in clarity overall.
The pendant measures 1.2 inches long (including the bail) by 0.9 inches wide. It is stamped on the back with Austro-Hungarian hallmarks for 1867-1872. The pendant is crafted in 14K yellow gold topped with sterling silver.
We have paired the pendant with a thin cable link white gold chain for ease of wear.
