Art Nouveau 14K Gold Tiger and Snake Diamond Locket

An exquisite Art Nouveau era locket that depicts a fierce encounter between a beautifully detailed tiger and snake.  Modeled in 14K gold, a dazzling old mine cut diamond is held in the tiger’s mouth, adding a touch of brilliance to the scene.  The locket opens to reveal 2 compartments to add two photos of your own.  Art Nouveau jewelry is known for its nature-inspired motifs but it’s exceptionally rare to find a piece featuring such a dramatic scene between these animals.  A lovely addition to any jewelry collection.
