An 18K gold Victorian era cigar cutter pendant is quite the rare novelty item! The top bale of the pendant can be pulled out to open the cutter, and then pushed in to cut the cigar. The outside pendant is monogrammed “CMM” and dated on the opposite side “July 7th 1898.” The side of the pendant is marked "18" for 18K gold purity. The cutter is still in excellent working condition!
