A fabulous 14K gold vintage charm bracelet circa 1970s with natural carved gemstones of the Buddha. Buddha jewelry is believed to bring about positivity, patience, and peace. There are a total of 5 Buddha charms in this bracelet - one each in a rainbow of gemstones that include coral, aventurine, rose quartz, agate, and lapis. The coral charm is especially nice as we don’t often see such large carved examples such as this.
The agate, rose quartz, and lapis charms are set within 18K gold while the coral and aventurine charms are set within 14K gold. The brown agate charm is stamped “K.18” and the rose quartz charm is stamped “750” for 18K gold purity. The other charms are unmarked but were acid tested. The bracelet itself is 14K gold - the spring ring and the jump ring are both stamped “14K.”
A charm bracelet such as this probably took a while to complete - each charm meaningful in different ways. A lovely and fun piece to add to your own collection!
