A vintage circa 1960s “Sputnik” ring modeled in solid 14K gold with brilliant cut diamonds sprinkled in between the spikes. Designed by American maker Ruser, this statement ring weighs a substantial 24.2 grams and has an eye-catching presence on the finger. There are approximately 0.86 carats of brilliant cut diamonds, mostly G/H/I in color and SI/I1 in clarity. The ring fits like a size 6 due to the width and design even though it is a size 6.75 on the mandrel. Marked “Ruser 14K” for maker’s mark and gold purity.
