An exceptional Victorian-era Etruscan Revival brooch showcasing a large rich-tone Madeira citrine. A highly detailed and intricate gold granulation in almost a heart pattern is designed around the frame of the brooch. The center citrine reminds me of the deep hue of warm whiskey and measures an impressive 25 mm long by 17 mm wide. The stone weighs approximately 21 carats. The back of the pin is stamped with various stamps and hallmarks that we were unable to identify. However, it is likely continental European in origin.
A stunning piece to add to your jacket lapel or sweater as a finishing touch this season.
