An Art Nouveau era 14K gold locket depicting the profile of a stunning woman with a diamond-set headpiece.  The bright old cut diamond in the center of the locket weighs approximately 0.06 carats.  The woman’s long hair cascades below the bottom of the border, a design element not often seen in these antique lockets.  The locket opens from the left side to reveal 2 compartments for photos or mementos. 

Metal: 14K Yellow Gold (acid tested)

Weight: 8.6 grams

Diamond: Approximately 0.06 cts

Measurements: 1.2” long (without bail) by 1” wide

Markings: None

Condition: In good antique condition with some minor surface wear consistent with age.  Small dings to the back of the locket.  Please note the chain in the photos is NOT included with this listing.
