Vintage Russian 14K Gold Interlocking Flat Link 61” Long Chain, Necklace

A beautiful Russian-made 14K yellow gold chain designed as links of four gold rings that interlock, creating a necklace that is both dimensional and visually interesting.  Weighing a substantial 39.6 grams, this chain measures 61 inches long by 4.5 mm wide.  It can be doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled.  The end jump ring is stamped “583” for 14K gold purity with Russian origin hallmarks, circa 1958-1994 and the spring ring is stamped “585” for 14K gold purity marks.  A special piece to add to your jewelry collection!
