Return Policy

There are no refunds on items that have been resized or custom fitted for the customer.
For refunds, please read below:
(1) If you would like a refund for any reason, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.
(2) To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in the same condition as sent to buyer. We do not accept items for return that have been altered or damaged in any way, whether by the buyer or by an agent of the buyer. This includes alteration or damage to any and all box(es), documentation, paper(s), and/or certificate(s) that accompany the item.
(3) Once you contact us, please also ship the item back to us within 3 days of receiving the package.
(4) All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost of shipping the item to the buyer. The cost of shipping is generally $26 for USPS Priority Mail Express. All our packages are independently insured by us.
(5) The item must be shipped back to us using a tracking number with a signature required.
(6) Items returned without all accompanying box(es), documentation, paper(s), and/or certificate(s) cannot be refunded until those items are also returned to us.
(7) Seller limits its liability to the buyer to the total amount invoiced.
(8) We do not accept for return or refund packages that are refused at Customs.
(9) We are not responsible for Customs Duty Charges on international shipments under any circumstances. That includes returns or breakage.
