Return, Cancellation & Layaway Policy

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with any purchase they make from us. You may cancel an order or request a return for any reason as long as you contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.  To start the refund process, please read below: 

(1) Up to a 6% transaction fee may apply depending on your payment method (payment processors including Square, Venmo, PayPal, and Shopify Payments do NOT refund processing fees). We highly recommend contacting us about making payments that do not involve fees, such as Zelle or wire transfer, if you want the option to return or cancel an order with no fees attached. 

(2) All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost of shipping the item to the buyer and return shipping.  The cost of shipping ranges from $10-$60 depending on the insurance value.

(3) Once you contact us, ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the package.  Returns must be shipped back with a tracking number and a signature required.  Insurance is highly recommended as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.

(4) Items must be in their original condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way, whether by the buyer, by us, or anyone else.  This also includes any alteration or damage to boxes, documentation, certification, etc.

(5) Items returned without all accompanying box(es), documentation, paper(s), and/or certificate(s) cannot be refunded until those items are also returned to us.

(6) Seller limits its liability to the buyer to the total amount invoiced.

(7) We do not accept for return or refund packages that are refused at Customs.

(8) For our international customers, we are not responsible for Customs Duty Charges on international shipments under any circumstances. That includes returns or breakage.

LAYAWAY POLICY

To start a layaway, there is a 25% initial deposit that is due to place the item on hold for you.  Please keep in mind that the initial 25% deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable if the layaway is canceled for any reason.  This is because the item is held for you for an extended period of time and was not sold to other potential customers. 

Payments must be paid on time on the agreed upon schedule.  If more than 2 payments are late, the piece can be placed back on the website for sale. All items purchased through our Layaway program is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
