A late Victorian “Gold Rush” crescent pin and fob crafted with 20K gold nuggets set atop a 14K gold backing.  Gold rush jewelry became popular during the Alaska gold rush of 1896-1899.  Along the center of the crescent is a carved natural stone, possibly horn.  The back of the pin is stamped “NUGGETS” and “NATIVE GOLD.”  A fabulous piece of American history that would make a great addition to any jewelry collection!

Measurement 1.75 inches long by 0.9 inches wide


Condition: In very good antique condition with some minor surface wear consistent with age.  Easily converted into a pendant for $35 if requested!
