A vintage radiant heart locket modeled in 14K gold with sapphire and diamond accents. The pendant opens to reveal a compartment for a photo. The back of the pendant is stamped “14K” for gold purity and is inscribed with dates “2-5-73” “12-18-74” and “12-17-78.”
